The following terms of trade apply to the use of Willow Park Seeds website. By registering an account on this Site and/or placing an order you thereby agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

As part of Willow Park Seeds policy of continuous product development, all specifications and prices may be subject to change. Weights and dimensions are approximate, errors and omissions excepted.

Please note postage and packing charges are applied after any discounts.

While every effort is made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability. Our office will contact you if any goods ordered are not immediately available.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current level, where appropriate.

RETURNS/GUARANTEE You may return to us any of your order within 14 days, we will either replace it or refund your money in full (excludes P&P), whichever you prefer. Please return the goods with a full explanation of your dissatisfaction. Our aim is to provide quality products. Your comments will help us to achieve this. Your statutory rights are not effected.

Discounts

All of our customers are entitled to a discounts on our website, these are either in the form of coupon codes or our Reward Points system. The terms and conditions for our reward points system can be found here: https://willowparkseeds.co.uk/reward-points/

First Time Order & Subscriber Discounts

We may from time to time offer 10% discount coupons (for first time customers or newsletter subscription) these may only be used once per customer. Any individual found to be exploiting the first time buyer and subscription discounts by using ‘one time offer codes/ first purchase or subscription discounts’ more than once will have their order(s) cancelled and refunded, any individual(s) deemed to be intentionally exploiting offers and discounts risk having access to our website limited or permanently suspended. Any individual(s) found to be using one time or subscription offer codes more than once will be in breach of our terms and conditions and terms of service and will not qualify for future discount promotions including offer and coupon codes nor will be eligible to continue or take part in our reward points system. Users found to be exploiting Voucher/Discount codes knowingly and on multiple occasions risk loosing their access to our free delivery service and a delivery charge of £5.99 per 20kg will be added to the customers future orders at the checkout stage.     

Delivery
We can deliver to most areas of the UK, however the highlands and Islands are not always available. Some postcodes may incur an additional charge which we can ask our delivery courier for.

Please ask for more information regarding the following postcodes: AB31-38, AB40-56, KA (except KA27 &28), IV1-28, IV30-32, IV36-49, IV51-56, IV63, KW1-17, PA20-38, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH4-44, PH49-50, ZE, and ALL Islands (including the Channel Islands)

Here you will be able to search for all your orders placed on the website, orders placed by phone or mail will not be shown here. Please ring us on 0800 069 9398 to get this information. Click on the order number whose status you want to check, the order details are displayed.

Cancelling or Returning an Order
We want you to be happy each time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items however we will not be able to refund the postage costs.

For All Items
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you should call us within 7 days to arrange it’s return; we will replace the item or issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item excluding delivery.

If the items were Sent in Error or Defective

You can return items if they are defective or have been sent to you because of an error on our part . If you are returning an item because of an error or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund any delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us.
Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. Please see below for details of how to return defective items to us.

If you want to return an item

If you wish to return an item, please inform us by calling 0800 069 9398. Wrap the package securely, enclosing a note giving your contact details and the reason for the return. In the case of a defective product, please also provide a full description of the fault.

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If you are cancelling an item
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 7 working days, beginning the day after the delivery date. If you decide to cancel, please inform us by calling 0800 069 9398 and then return the goods to us please try to return goods in their original packaging and condition. Under the Distance Selling Regulations you are under a duty of care to look after the goods until they reach our premises

This applies to all our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for “Bird Foods” if these have been used in any way.

To cancel your contract, return the item to us with the invoice and a note confirming that you wish to cancel, and stating your contact details and customer number.

Please note: you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
If we arrange for the items to be collected we will deduct the cost of doing so from the amount refunded. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the purchase price for that item within 10 days.
